Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package leaves our fulfillment partner's facility, delivery timing is out of our hands, though we're happy to help track down a lost or delayed order; contact us through our Contact page with your order number.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to redirect packages once they've entered production or shipped, and orders returned due to an incorrect address may require an additional shipping fee to resend.
